fluff

I'm sure you've been to a party or two where someone has brought their rendition of this recipe...
Marshmallows, cool whip, canned fruit... ringing a bell?
We're not big dessert eaters nor sweet eaters over here.  I can make a batch of chocolate chip cookies and they'll last us throughout the entire week.

This dessert is one of our favorites because it's not overly sweet and can be made quickly and in a pinch...
...as in Liam came inside from playing this weekend on his night to cook and I said 'hey, let's make fluff for dessert tonight' and he whipped it up by himself in a handful of minutes.

If my kids can do it, so can you ;)

SHOPPING LIST:
3 cans of mandarin oranges, drained
2 small cans of crushed pineapple, NOT drained
2 large packets of vanilla instant pudding mix
2 cups of chopped pecans (plus more to top your trifle)
2 containers of whipped topping

DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients and 1 container of the whipped topping. In a trifle, layer mixture and other container of whipped topping. Top your trifle with whipped topping and more pecans! (If you don’t want to use your trifle - just combine all ingredients together!) Allow the dessert to chill for at least an hour before serving.

Super light, fluffy, simple, and will satisfy your sweet tooth all week long!
